Mini Needle Valves

Product Features:

Mini Valves are exclusively 1/4 inch, and are designed for small volume applications. Applications include us in sample cylinders, and isolation of smaller instrumentation such as receiver gauges, commonly used for utility instrument gas in dehydrator and separator packages. Available in carbon steel or stainless steel NACE.

  • Vee tip design allows for accurate flow control.
  • Stem threads are rolled and hard plated to provide additional strength and maximum life.
  • Mirror finished stem is burnished to 16RMS to extend packing life and aid smooth stem operation.
  • Fully supported packing reduces the need for adjustment.
  • Packing nut is fast and easy to move for external adjustment.
  • Stainless steel handle facilitates proper actuation.
  • Dust cap prevents contaminants and lubricant washout of bonnet assembly.
  • Maximum Working Pressure: 4000 PSI (280 bar) @ 200C
  • Each valve is tested with nitrogen gas at 1200 PSI (80 Bar) for leakage at seal and seat. Hydrostatic tests are performed with pure water at 1.5 times maximum working pressure. Optional tests including helium and temperature are available upon request.

  • 316 stainless steel or A105 carbon steel
  • Choice of viton or PTFE teflon stem packing
